Market entry and business setup in Poland

We help foreign-owned companies launch and operate in Poland. One coordinated team handles company registration, accounting, tax compliance, payroll, employment administration, ongoing legal support and back-office processes in four languages.

A Polish entity is only the beginning.
It also needs an effective operating backbone.

Registration alone does not make a business operational. A company also needs accounting, document workflows, tax compliance, payroll, communication with public authorities and people who understand Polish procedures.

inPL brings these areas together in one service model. We can coordinate the entire market-entry process or take over selected functions that the foreign headquarters does not want to build locally.

05 FAQ

What should be established before
starting business activities in Poland?

Which market-entry structure is appropriate: a company, branch or another model?

The answer depends on the activities, investor’s home jurisdiction, liability, financing structure and tax considerations. We first collect the operational information and coordinate the analysis with the relevant specialists.

Can inPL take over only selected areas?

Yes. We can coordinate the entire market-entry process and subsequent back office or provide selected modules such as registration, accounting, payroll or document workflows.

Can the process be handled remotely?

A substantial part of the arrangements and document flow can be coordinated remotely. Depending on the structure, representatives and required actions, certain documents, signatures or verification procedures may still be necessary.

How long does it take to launch operations?

The timeline depends on the chosen structure, completeness of the documents, ownership structure and involvement of external institutions. After reviewing the project, we prepare a realistic schedule.

Can headquarters receive information in English?

Yes. We can communicate with headquarters in English. The scope and format of recurring reports are agreed during onboarding.
